Dr. Nazrin Lee

Dr. Nazrin Lee is a Medical Consultant, which means that to consult her,

you will require a referral from another Medical Practitioner, most commonly a General Practitioner.

This referral will enable you for Medicare reimbursement.

Most referrals from General Practitioners are usually valid for 12 months or more, from the date of your first appointment.

Referrals from other Medical Specialists (for example, from another Psychiatrist or Pediatrician) are valid for only 3 months.

With valid referrals, patients are entitled to 52 consultations under Medicare rebates Scheme (MBS) within a calendar year.

Please refer to the Medicare website for more detail information on your entitlement.

To have consultations with Dr. Lee, please obtain a referral that MUST include BOTH the parents names.

Please ensure your GP includes both the parent’s names in the referral.

This is merely to facilitate Medicare reimbursement when Dr. Lee consults the parents separately.

Your GP may write, “Please see (name of child) and both parents (to include parents names) for family therapy”.

It contains important information on the Terms and Conditions of your appointments with Dr Lee.
